Pre-Teen & Teen Therapy

Let's face it, growing up is hard! My approach to working with pre-teens and teens is to lead with compassion and provide strengths-based and developmentally sensitive treatment. I create a safe and inclusive space where young people can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy, I help adolescents develop coping skills, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of self-worth.
