About Me
Outside of therapy, I have many passions. I love sports, both playing and watching, and find myself traveling all over for USC football games and Sacramento Kings basketball games. I love to paddleboard, cycle, golf and take my 85lb bernedoodle Marvin to the dog beach on the weekends. I enjoy spending time with my family, my friends and my boyfriend and love living life near the beach.

Additional Facts:

Specialties:
-
Couples! I love working with couples.
-
Attachment-Theory: When I decided to go to therapy for treatment when I was 25 years old, I had no clue what attachment styles were or how they affected me. Learning more about these styles and the theory attached to it changed my life completely. Now, I love helping others the way that I was helped with this theory.
-
Pre-Teen & Teen Girls with anxiety: I love helping everyone with anxiety, but I specialize in helping pre-teens and teen girls with anxiety. This population is going through a multitude of changes externally, internally and mentally, and I love working with them as they begin to figure out their identities while trying to calm their fears.

Sports:
-
Growing up, I played basketball, soccer and softball and loved anything to do with being competitive. As an adult, I love watching and attending college basketball and football games, the NFL, the NBA and the MLB
-
I have a bucket list to travel to the top 25 college football stadiums (based on atmosphere, attendance and school success). I have been to 16 and have 9 to go!

Favorite Food:
-
Sushi! I eat sushi 2-3 times a week and never get sick of it. If you have a favorite place to go, I'd love to hear about it!

Superpower:
-
I have an incredible memory. If you decide to choose me as your therapist, you will see that I do not take notes during the session and will remember facts or stories you once told me a year prior. I remember silly details, such as my childhood tutors birthday, and I remember important details that help with my connection to clients, my friends and my family.
